While we maintain strict quality control and inspection processes before every order leaves our facility, we understand that issues such as shipping damage, defects, or fulfillment errors can occasionally occur.

Refunds and Resolutions for Qualifying Issues

Bagtrender Distribution accepts requests for refunds, replacements, or store credit in the following situations:

  • Missing items from your order
  • Products damaged during transit
  • Defective, leaking, broken, or non-functional items upon arrival
  • Vape pens, cartridges, disposables, or hardware that fail to work correctly
  • Incorrect products received due to our fulfillment error

To qualify, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your full order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • High-quality photos or videos of the problem (including external packaging for shipping damage)
  • Proof of delivery confirmation

Once we review and verify the issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions (depending on availability and eligibility):

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Replacement product shipped at no extra cost
  • Store credit for future purchases

Cannabis Product Return Policy

Due to California state regulations, health and safety standards, and product integrity requirements, cannabis products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

All cannabis sales (flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, etc.) are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect due to our error. This policy protects compliance, safety, and quality for all customers.

Non-Cannabis Merchandise Returns

Accessories, apparel, storage solutions, chargers, batteries, and other non-cannabis items may be eligible for return if they meet these conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

You must contact support before returning any merchandise to receive authorization and instructions. Approved returns may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund (where applicable). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Incorrect or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment mistake on our part:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep the item unopened and in its original packaging

We will quickly arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, and we will cover any applicable shipping costs for the correction.

Vape Pen, Cartridge & Hardware Issues

All vape and hardware products are tested before shipment. However, if a device arrives defective or malfunctions shortly after delivery:

  • Contact support immediately
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence
  • Retain the product and packaging until the review is complete

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the manufacturer’s warranty and our verification. Warranty coverage varies by brand.

Delivery Issues and Shipping Delays

Bagtrender Distribution partners with reliable carriers for local Los Angeles delivery and shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability during scheduled delivery
  • Failure to present valid government-issued ID (21+)
  • Weather, carrier disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control

If a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed due to carrier error, we will investigate and may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable for safety, compliance, and regulatory reasons:

  • Opened or used cannabis products
  • Items showing signs of tampering
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance merchandise
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Perishable goods after successful delivery and acceptance

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Cancellations are generally approved if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once fulfilled or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible except under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Store Credit Terms

When store credit is issued:

  • It is non-transferable
  • Valid only for purchases through Bagtrender Distribution
  • Must typically be redeemed within 30 days (unless otherwise stated)
  • Cannot be converted to cash or refunded
